This upcycled outfit was created from materials sourced from a local charity shop, and unwanted clothing collected from home.

This outfit represents the contrast between a person's childhood dreams and the reality of the working world. Each side of the outfit was inspired by specific characters - Pinkie Pie and Wednesday Addams

The jacket was created by combining a pink dress and a suit jacket, with zip and button details. The skirt was made by adding a pink skirt on top of a black skirt, with a slit and zipper, and a polka dot waistband made from ribbon. The half and half theme continues on the top, which combines a white and a yellow blouse. The blouses have been cut in half, stitched together at the back and altered so the buttons match up at the front. The yellow half of the top has hand embroidered detailing on the sleeve.

This outfit is completed with customised accessories including mismatching shoes to highlight their theme.
