HOW TO ENTER
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the competition, young people are challenged to explore their creative design skills to create a sustainable and re-wearable outfit using clothing from the treasure troves of charity shops, swap shops, or reused items already available at home.
Nothing should be bought new to create this outfit.
The outfit should be created by a combination of creative reuse techniques such as repairs and alterations, upcycling and repurposing, as well as more traditional skills such as sewing, knitting, crochet, macramé and embroidery.
Judging process
Entries will be marked on their outfit and project diary

Interviews
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a brief interview to discuss their project.
The interviews are 10-15 minutes, friendly and casual, and we see it as a great opportunity to hear more from the entrants about the inspiration, design process, construction, highs and lows of creating their entry, as well as hearing about the research they undertook.
Note: we won't be quizzing or testing anyone!
